Service Verification: Ensuring Exceptional Service

With Service Verification, location management provides valuable feedback directly from. This feedback loop enables location users to log into NEST Facilitate to confirm service completion , rate the service, and provide comments on the service received. The ratings are then compiled into an aggregated score, your NEsT Promoter Score. For ratings less than 7, the NEST team follows up to determine the cause of the rating and resolution.

The Service Verification feature in NEST Facilitate is crucial to ensure that service delivery metrics align with the actual experience of  your location end-users. By analyzing the details provided through Service Verification, the NEST Operations Team can identify areas of dissatisfaction and make necessary corrections in the processes, improve relationships with ISPs (Independent Service Providers), and train personnel to continually enhance service levels across the board.
