First and foremost, I hope you, your employees and your loved ones remain safe and healthy as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to present challenges that shape our lives and the way we do business.
In the spirit of trust and transparency, I’d like to share some of our plans to support our clients and their customers in the coming months.
We’re here to help. We are always a call or email away, ready to listen, strategize and help you prepare for an uncertain—but not unmanageable—future. As you may already know, we are 100% focused on helping our clients succeed. In fact, we made it a company-wide goal in 2020 to be great to our customers, and we remain committed to maintaining a customer-first culture now more than ever. We’re already working on cost-saving initiatives to help our clients manage expenses in the short and long term.
We’re not going anywhere. We don’t know exactly what tomorrow will bring, but we are certain that we’ll continue to be here to help you weather this storm. With more than 25 years of professional experience, we’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. We’ve withstood recessions, natural disasters, and national emergencies, and we’re confident in our ability to remain fully operational as current events unfold. Thanks to our decades of experience, plus a conservative approach to business, we’re strategically and fiscally prepared to weather this storm, too.
We’re prioritizing health and safety. On March 15, we announced NEST’s plans to close our physical offices in New Jersey and Florida while we transitioned to our remote workforce. Our employees are the heart and soul of our enterprise, and their wellbeing continues to be our top priority. We will adhere to current best practices and operate remotely until further notice. During this time, our clients can expect to receive uninterrupted service and customer support. NEST leadership is in constant contact with our customers, our business partners and each other—we even hold our daily executive leadership calls on weekends, so we can stay connected, informed and ready to pivot when necessary.
Lastly, it’s important not to lose focus of the future. When the time comes to open up shop, we want our clients to be as prepared as possible to resume operations. We’ll work proactively to identify potential savings that can ease the burden on budgets, helping them get back on their feet and back to business.
Stay safe and be well
Rob
